Our club offers a range of running activities for everyone—from seasoned athletes and mid-pack runners to casual joggers, beginners, and those seeking a social connection. Training
Juniors
Description: Junior's training level 1 & 2
Time & Venue: 6:00 pm. There are various locations within Bridlington; please check with the Juniors Coach.
Beginners
Description: A free Taster Session, an open event to all potential new members.
Time & Venue: Wednesdays 6:00 to 6:45 Leisure Centre, Bridlington. These sessions are run every few months as demand dictates.
Steady Runs - Various Pace & Distance.
Description: Appropriate for all members, excluding juniors, across various distances and paces.
Time & Venue: Meet at 6:15 pm for a 6:30 pm start at Leisure Centre Bridlington (Café area)
Structured Training
Description: Ideal for individuals aiming to enhance their speed, VO2 max, and endurance. The program begins with a gentle warm-up, followed by one of the designated sessions. • Countdown (4H,2R,3H,2R,2H,2R,1H,1R) x 2 - • 12 x (1H,1R) x 2, 3 mins between each set - • 3 min out 3 min back x 4 - • 4 x 3 mins out & back with 2 mins static rest between each set - • Kenyan Hills - • Club Chairperson Surprise!
